Mt. Zion Baptist Church selects Tumlin for classroom addition
Tumlin Construction & Consulting, LLC, is proud to announce the we have been selected to be the General Contractor on the new 2 story classroom for Mt. Zion Baptist Church on Corner Road in Warrior, Alabama. The new 10,000 square foot facility will feature several classrooms for the young people of the church. Construction will begin early summer. Tumlin Construction & Consulting, is a Design Building Contractor with 45 years of experience in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry.
Construction concludes on HVAC Fabricators
Construction concluded this month on the addition to HVAC Fabricators in Fultondale, Alabama. The single bay addition to the company’s existing structure will accommodate new equipment which will allow the company to expand its production capacity. The building addition was delivered on time and within budget, leaving Tumlin Construction with another satisfied customer.

Tumlin reports on property condition in New Albany, MS
Vanguard Properties in Huntsville, Alabama recently hired Tumlin to conduct a detailed property condition report on its one-million square foot facility in New Albany, Mississippi. The purpose of our site study was to observe the current condition of the property and comment on the appearance, physical condition, and operation of the structure and veneers. In addition, we provided Vanguard with a budget to remedy the property conditions as noted in the report. It was a pleasure working with Vanguard on this project.
